CHUNMEE BREWING METHOD
Pour water heated at approximately 90 ºC (200ºF) into the teapot, and allow the Chun Mee tea leaves to immerse for approximately 1-2 minutes. Be careful while brewing your Chun Mee tea, don’t use too hot water or the beneficial nutrients and antioxidants offered by the tea leaves will be destroyed and the resulting brew will be quite bitter and undrinkable.
